ASMR Deep Breathing Exercises for Relaxation and Whispered Countdown to Calm You With Anna
Today I will attempt to calm your soul and soothe your anxieties with my Deep Breathing technique. I want you to take deep breaths together with me as we count down. Listen to the sound of my soft spoken voice as I repeat the words calm and relax. I will whisper some positive affirmations in your ear to let you know that you are perfect and that everything will be ok. I felt it was important to make this video as we are all dealing with some very hectic times in our lives. Please take a few moments to reflect and meditate along with me to the sound of my voice. Count down together with me until you can sleep peacefully.
