Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response (ASMR) is a wonderful sensation that gives you "tingles" and relaxes you. You might have experienced this from having a friend brush or play with your fair. Or when you were a kid someone painted your face at a fair. Instead of that wonderful feeling being so rare in those situations, people here try to "trigger" those responses for you so you can relax. Which is exactly what I'm trying to do! so please put on some head phones and get into a relaxed position and enjoy :)
