ASMR Let Me Heal You 💕 | Soft Spoken Personal Attention RP

The aperture was set a little low on this one, so the focus will go in and out a bit, hope that isn't too distracting! So I've really been into Silver Hare's ASMR videos lately, idk but that dude has some serious talent with semi-lo-fi videos. I wanted to still do something different than him and not copy, so I brought my own little bits to the “Let Me Heal You” sort of vid.

This vid is CHOCK FULL of different bits. Progressive relaxation inspired prompts, hand movements, 'sound therapy' which is just different sounds reinforced with guided visualization, grounding guided visualization, crunchy bristle brush sounds, 512hz tuning fork sounds, wooden tapping sounds, face brushing with big fluffy brushes, positive affirmations, you name it.

The brushing part did come out a touch funny, sounds are a little intense so I labeled it in the timestamps if you don't like that sort of thing :)
