Thank you so much for viewing my channel! This is my very first (actual) ASMR video. :) I'd like to apologize ahead of time for the poor video/sound quality lol. This video features soft spoken ASMR, whispering, a bit of tapping and a liiiiiiittle bit of typing (lol)... as well as some spritzing!
As someone who has struggled with anxiety, depression, and insomnia, I've found that ASMR has truly been a successful tool in calming my mind (especially at night when 100000000 regrets invade my brain). Thus, I have finally decided to contribute to the ASMR community by creating my own content with a passion to help soothe and relax others.
