Hi everyone! Come along with me to Jing Jing Salute Zudao in Milan.
It’s a Chinese spa; today, I had a foot reflexology session using traditional Chinese techniques. Everything was fantastic, from the staff to the massage itself.
I absolutely love foot reflexology, as every point on the foot is connected to a specific part of the body.
Before working on my feet, the therapist gave me an intense back and shoulder massage, then focused on my feet.
This massage guaranteed total relaxation.
I recommend using headphones while watching this video for an even deeper, more relaxing experience.
Let me know in the comments if you’ve ever tried a foot reflexology massage! 👇🏼
