Questioning thoughts and beliefs is healthy and recommended when it comes to finding what resonates for you. I find myself questioning a belief in order to accept it more fully oftentimes. Healthy scepticism is encouraged, though derogative words towards those with opposing views have no validity IMHO. Instead I follow my bodies intuition and go silent when trying to understand what something is really trying to tell me.
