not to toot my own horn but I think the sounds in this vid are some of the best I've ever done no cap but obvs asmr is different for everybody :)

i recommend listening to asmr at lower volumes for extra tingles & less over stimulation 💕 on iphone i prefer 2-3 volumes above 0 depending on how loud your surroundings are
