Hello and welcome to this session. Holding tension that we know about (or even don't know about) can cause pain in the body over time. In this session, I am helping you with clearing negative energy, replenishing positive energy, and helping you loosen your muscles and fascia. So, if you don't mind me touching your head, face, neck, and shoulders, this is intended to be relaxing. Over the years, I have learned different techniques for stress and pain management from friends in different professions and a couple of these are my favorite, so I wanted to share them with you.
