In this final session and episode of our 4 part ASMR Reiki Holiday Burnout series, I'm giving you a full session of relief from holiday burnout! This ASMR Reiki Holiday BURNOUT Relief session is a great way to start your day or end your day if you're feeling overwhelmed by holiday commitments! With the help of Selenite and drums, you'll be able to relax and feel your stress melt away!

This is episode 4 of 4, and in this episode, I'm using selenite, smudging, Karuna tones, and drums to help you feel gratitude, appreciation and happiness. Selenite is known to help you manifest your desires, and drums are a powerful tool for releasing stress and anxiety.


Over the holidays, I released 1 Full Hour Long HOLIDAY Burnout Relief Reiki Session per week as part of my usual upload schedule. I wanted to create this 4 part series to keep you feeling uplifted, to help clear and protect your energy, and leave you feeling restored as you travel, eat and drink too much with friends, and decompress from dinner with infuriating uncles or whatever the colorful story is for you. I also filmed this in #4k60fps It should give you the option of which frame rate and resolution to watch it in. Go into your YouTube settings and lower the resolution if you're not into the 60fps.
