Yello my dear friends :) (quick note: I decided to put "love yourself" in the thumbnail so as that if you are fighting an addiction (or anything) don't be too hard on yourself and take into consideration how much your body can take at the time - baby steps :), read more to know what I'm talking about :D)
Nothing special or maybe haha, just some cosy time with me - lay back and enjoy :)
Today I talked a bit about my recent chocolate craving and me giving up to it. Well as I said years back or actually not so long ago - maybe 1-2 years I was so addicted to chocolate, I still may be actually however it was much worse as I could literally just go out to the store to buy myself some chocolate and at the moment I don't do it - the chocolate I ate also wasn't bought by me but it was some sweets gifts from some time ago. Those chocolates were laying in my fridge for over 2 months. Typically I would eat them right away so there was some progress haha. However I think the major mistake that I have made now that led to me just eating it all was that... I wasn't prepared. So to be honest as I think about it now I do not feel regret for eating it now - as I just felt few minutes ago - because I learnt something: if you are really dealing with addiction, even if you think that you are almost over it, be prepared in case a huge craving gets to you because you can never know when it comes - it could be a dark, rainy day, a hard day at work, an argument with a close one... that's when we become a little bit weaker and vulnerable. In my case I should always have prepared some "healthy" or "not-so-unhealthy-as-chocolate" replacements such as dates, sweet fruits, honey and oats, red bean cakes (which LITERALLY taste like chocolate haha) so that I slowly drift away from my chocolate cravings and when I can finally can say that I no longer crave chocolate then I can focus on reducing the amount of sugar that I consume. You know - baby steps, it's never good to just jump right into "not eating something" because it may be fine for few days but when the craving finally hits you... oh boy, you would eat even more than you usually do, so start by reducing the amount piece by piece - your body needs time :) and then the success is guaranteed! You can do it and I believe in you! Do you also have any addictions? Let me know ^^
Right now I'm going to do some exercises as to compensate for the chocolate :p why not joining me? I'm going to do this one specifically: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_Zem0_qsDg0 I love popsugar workouts so I defenitely recommend them as they are just so full of energy :D. (So maybe as you are watching this video I'm sweating my butt off over this video haha :D - feel the energy!)

Okay, stay warm, stay loved, keep moving, baby steps, challange yourself, take valuable conclusions from every ups and downs and move forward!

Lots of love, good night
