Accepting our shadow is an integral part of receiving what our heart desires.

It is human to have fears and anxiety, to not think positive all day long, to feel impatient with the process.

But the more you bully yourself and worry that this is delaying your goals, the longer it will take.

So stop stressing and being so harsh on yourself. Give space to your emotions. Feel the anxiety. Feel the fear. Feel it all. Then release. Remember, emotions are just knocking on your door asking for you to hold space for them for a little bit. Don't shut the door on them. Allow them in. Listen. Feel. They will go away soon after.

Once this has happened, go back to a space of gratitude and worthiness, and stay in this state for as long as you can, INTENTIONALLY practising this throughout your day (it doesn't come naturally to most of us).

Of course negative emotions will arise. You are human. But listen, all you need to do is feel your emotions, release them, then go back to a positive mindset and not worry about the fact you've felt like crap for a few hours. It doesn't matter, because what is meant for you is already on its way to you.
