A CALL TO REPENTANCE:

Romans 10-9: If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.


Psalm 51: A cry for mercy

1 John 1:8: If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us.

1 John 1:9: If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.

Romans 12:12: Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.

Romans 8:8: So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God

Galatians 5:19-21: The acts of the flesh are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery

Verse 20: idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions 

Verse 21 : and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God.

1 Corinthians 6:9-10: Or do you not know that wrongdoers will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor men who have sex with men

Verse 10: nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God.

Matthew 22:37-39: Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. 38 This is the first and greatest commandment. 

Verse 39: And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.

Romans 6:23: For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Romans 6:13: Do not offer any part of yourself to sin as an instrument of wickedness, but rather offer yourselves to God as those who have been brought from death to life; and offer every part of yourself to him as an instrument of righteousness.

The Purpose of these message is to bring your attention back to God. If you love God, you will obey his commandments and keep them. He wants us to be free from sin and disobedience. so that in him we can live a righteous and holy life.
