Hey everyone! In this video I'll be discussing and ranking various ASMR triggers! My channel recently hit it's 3 year anniversary 🫶 so I wanted to make this video to celebrate all my favorite and least favorite triggers that I've discovered throughout the years in the world of ASMR! This video is not intended in any way to judge or shame other ASMR creators or viewers that may prefer triggers I dislike. This is just a fun way to share my own personal ASMR preferences! I'm super sorry that the little ranking tool may be difficult to read visually but I hope that since I talk through it you can still enjoy! I'd loveeee to hear your thoughts, do we have similar preferences? Thanks so much for watching 🤍

Goodnight! x

What is ASMR?
“Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response”
The relaxing static-like ‘brain tingles’ experienced by some people at the back of the head or down the spine in response to specific visual or audio triggers. ASMR content is commonly used to help with stress relief, relaxation, anxiety, and sleep.
