You're a nurse and we're doing shift report (friendly chit chat) (medical rambling) ASMR

Gotta tell you all about this patient that's kept me up all night.

"Afib" means atrial fibrillation. Condition where your atria, the top heart chambers, don't really pump. They just wiggle. If it's a controlled rate you can live with it, but you're at high risk for blood clots.

Acute kidney injury means the kidneys are not happy! In this case, the guy was on the floor so long, he damaged his muscles. Problem with that is the damaged proteins you to your bloodstream and are processed by the kidneys. That's a lot for an old person's kidneys to handle!

Your kidneys start going to crap and your lab values get out of whack and now your brain gets all loopy. Poor old guy.

The patient is fictional and as always, this is just ASMR. Not medical advice :)
