ASMR 🩺 Calm & Relaxing Physiotherapy ~ Exam + Massage & Muscle Stretching 💜 | Soft Spoken RP

Hiya :) I've always adored GentleWhispering's Physical Therapist video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hso5_Glnyx8), as well as WhispersRed's Physiotherapist vid (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1JESxaDWmts&t=1496s), but had never done one myself! I have issues with carpal tunnel and a touch of tendonitis, so that's what I focused on for your Physical Therapy visit today. There's a lot of examination, testing your muscles, lotion-y massage and even some little exercises that I've learned to help with both problems.

This roleplay was mainly based on anecdotal evidence with some medical research sprinkled in. Of course, if you suffer from any of these injuries, go see a medical professional about it :) one thing that I goofed on that I wasn't aware of at the time is apparently carpal tunnel can go away and come back - I was not aware of that, figured it was a lifelong managed condition. The more one knows!

Triggers include: soft speaking, a touch of ear to ear whispering, writing, explaining things, personal attention, examination, palpation, inspection, massage, lotion sounds, and guided exercises.

- “Why do you ask for a preferred name & address?” While I'm a cisgender woman, I'm very aware of my audience having members that don't use their 'legal' names (I'm one of them) and use specific pronouns, or are questioning their names and given pronouns. It's just common courtesy to make everyone more comfortable here. Even if it doesn't apply to you, it may apply to others and makes the world of difference.
- “Why do you ask for consent to touch (even if it's a given)?” Coooommon courtesy; big thing with me. I hate being touched by anyone I don't know, but being asked even if I know I'm going to have to anyway is much more comfortable than someone putting their paws on me without warning. Common courtesy.
- “Is your name really Calliope? How do you say it?” Yup. It's pronounced Ka-Lie-Oh-Pee, not Kal-Ee-Ope.
