This ASMR video WILL help you relax ๐ŸŒŸ๐Ÿ (lo-fi)

Lotta's ASMR
Published 2 years ago

Hello everyone!
For today, I decided I would get my old rode microphone out and record a simple lo-fi video for you. This video was also shot on my phone (that surprisingly has better quality than my actual camera ๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™€๏ธ).

Triggers included are whispering, face touching, tapping, face brushing (basically lots of personal attention) and more.

I hope you like it, have a good night!

Enjoy! โค๏ธ

What is ASMR?

Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) is a tingling sensation that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine (also called โ€˜tinglesโ€™). It is most commonly triggered by specific auditory or visual stimuli, and less commonly by intentional attention control. Those stimuli are referred to as โ€˜triggersโ€™.
People watch ASMR to calm down and relax, to fall asleep, to focus or just because they like it.
