This session contains an aura cleansing and negativity removal via aura spray and selenite wand. Using rose quartz, citrine, and lapis on the chakra points- Heart Solar and Third Eye. The intention is to help connect with the Heart's desires and guidance- tap into excitement and person power- and visualize our goals clearly. I also address soothing the Throat chakra to help to "get out of your own way" and release self imposed blocking.
