It was sooo relaxing to do, and I really really like working with tentions in the body and so, since I have alot myself. Maybe i should talk about that in a whole other video.
But it was so fun to do, and really make the flow of energy and spirituality go through all the body. It is so important to stop and bring awareness to all our parts❤ Like sometimes i forget i have legs, I really need to bring energy and love to those too!
