I'm passionate at helping others out ! Remember you will get better just be patient. So much I want to share with you lovely asmr community . I'm a caring devoted person who people might think or assume otherwise you don't even know me personally. I have volunteer free in my community as well and never ask for anything in return. I want to help others achieve a healthy state. I my self have suffered really badly when it comes to insomnia not sleeping for days yes once I didn't sleep for 5 to 8 days my body was so numb I couldn't feel anything as I type this the memory of that moment brings tears done my eyes. its pretty disgusting actually I went to see a doctor for my sleep disorder he was very rude and said I will not give you sleeping pills he told me. I said I wouldn't abuse it and he couldn't care less. I never knew about magnesium vitamin could help you with sleep and yes it does. I had a few people who I know were taking magnesium supplement for sleep they knew I was suffering really badly from lack of sleep sad part is they couldn't care less, and after tons of research on natural ways to help me sleep yes I tried exercising everything but I came across magnesium I told the same people I knew who were taking this supplement about it to my surprise they said what who cares I always took magnesium for sleep and I than drop them off as my friends no longer talk to them actually what selfish people. anyways I understand if you have trouble sleeping or your under a lot of stress I been there. Everyone experience lack of sleep or stress at some point. I'm willing to help you out I know tons of sleep supplements which I will share with you and I also have tons of background knowledge and school. Yes know I'm not a doctor asmr not a replacement you must for health related issues. Anyways even though Canada gets health coverage here our health care team is horrible. American Side very lucky to have a great country with amazing health care. I wish the doctor in Canada were a little understanding and not so cruel or mean. I get it free health care but still not like the medication you prescribe is free we got to pay out our pockets. sorry for my little rant anyways. keep positive and use some positive affirmations such as I'm great really believe it when you tell yourself your good trust me you will feel good. positive thoughts challenging your thoughts can affect your behaviour. adapting by cognitive behavioural therapy. hugs and I hoe you have yourself a great day.
