What I Ate Today | High Carb Vegan
Super tasty day of eating including pizza! I love eating healthily, it really makes me feel really great. I like to drink around 3 litres of water a day and eat around half my plate of food as fruit or vegetables. This means the other half is of starchy foods like wheat, rice or oats. The pizza I made today quick and easy topped with healthy carrot, peas, chickpeas and tomato purée. Recipe for a similar pizza is in my lates student recipe Ebook, link below. This switched it up from the usual peppers, tomato and spinach. It was made with wholemeal flour but you could use gluten free which my mum loves and it tastes great too! Excuse the thumbnail, it's currently disabled them which I'm working on resolving.
