I know this isn't mouth sounds...but...well, there is so much more to me than just my mouth and although I tried...it would really be the end of me if that's all I did and shared with you. And no, this isn't asmr but my channel isn't labelled as such and if you're ok with it, then I'm ok with it and the world will be right side up again. So...let me know what you think.

I had posted this on my other place but the other place isn't feeling like my place right now so I decided to remove it and post it here instead and if you don't like that...tough.

If you saw my previous glute isolation wotnot you will remember the importance of these exercises in helping to achieve balance, as opposed to an imbalance. The glutes are an important part of the core...often overlooked (don't be rude at the back) and dare I say, a little bit lazy. But their role in stability, posture and protection of the lower back are, key. As a word of warning, do not sit in this position if you have any knee related injuries or issues. Try not to use other major muscle groups when doing this exercise, however tempting it may be and remember to breathe

Good Monday morning to you...I hope that this starts your week off well and perhaps gives you food for thought.

I am starting as I mean to go on...which is...not giving too much of a wotnot and shining light, love and jam whenever I so desire. If you wish to be a part of that...absolutely wonderful and I look forward to sharing this journey with you
