Hey everyone today I tried a chinese medicine massage called back guasha! The massage started with a chinese tuina massage and then the massage therapist did a guasha on my back using a horn. This treatment was actually very relaxing even if it may not look like it, the guasha wasn't too strong, the pressure was right and I really enjoyed it!
