Hello my amazing amethysts, in today's guided meditation ASMR, we'll be doing a full body sensory therapy, by going through and relaxing all 5 senses to help you get to sleep. I'll be featuring my pendulum as a visual trigger/anchor point for meditation.
We'll be starting with some deep breathing exercises, and some relaxation techniques to wind you down. Then we'll be going through all 5 senses with some gentle hypnosis triggers, to fully relax you and hopefully get you to sleep! I'll be softly speaking throughout, with a bit of whispering ear to ear.
