ASMR Drawing and Colouring (whispered, tapping, paper sounds)

Hello lovely lovely ppl!! Prior to this vid I made a chatty rambly drinking tea and spilling my heart out type video where I went into quite a lot of detail on how I've been feeling and what's going on in my head and stuff (which on reflection is 100% not appropriate 2 post on here like hashtag trigger warnings and not relaxing and not asmr type material) and I wasn't able to post it (thank god) because for some reason the sound quality was dreadful. ANYWAY, without that video there is really no context for this one but long story short ur gal is seeing 'crisis workers' which are a short term quick fix whilst I'm on the camhs waiting list for proper cbt type counselling and my crisis workers wanted me to make myself a crisis plan for when I'm feeling particularly low and THAT is what this video is so super sorry for the long explanaton !!!
