ASMR Q&A | Answering Your Questions (with Hand Movements)

Hey everybodyyy,
Phew congrats to anyone who makes it to the end:D If anyone were to make timestamps I would pin you, but no worries if not, this is a long one:D
Speaking of the ending, sorry it ended so quickly my battery was already blinking red:D
But as promised a condensed version of the last 2 questions asked:D
1) What are bad recommendations you hear in your profession or area of expertise?
As my area of expertise concerns the healthcare system, I would say the bad recommendation was everyone telling me that health would become more inportant in larger companies and it would be a job with future:D Unfortunately, as soon as the economy suffers, health management is the first place for a company to cut staff:D

2) When you feel overwhelmed or unfocused, or have lost your focus temporarily, what do you do? (If helpful: What questions do you ask yourself?)
I'm not sure how to answer this one, but I always take breaks to try and clear my mind before trying again. Uh and sometimes breathing exercises too but mostly I forget to do them haha:D
