Carbs on carbs, can it get any better? 😋 To make this sandwich I whipped up a batch of my go-to vegan mac and cheese (packet macaroni pasta with this sauce recipe: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pRa4BbUFQOs) and mixed it with some store-bought vegan cheeses (Sheese Mature Cheddar and Bio Cheese Cheddar) to make it extra gooey and rich. I then added a slice of Sheese Red Led Leicester to each slice of bread, put it all together and grilled it on the stove in a generous pool of vegan butter (Nuttelex brand). #heartattackonaplate
