Have you ever considered seeking Therapy or Counselling? There are now online sessions available via Better Help.

In an effort to help promote mental health and mental awareness, I've teamed up with the amazing people at betterhelp. They can offer online counselling sessions with 24 hour access availability for as little as $35 a week. I get messages and comments very regularly, explaining how subscribers are using ASMR to deal with anxiety or even depression. That's great to hear, but I am not a certified professional and I would encourage anybody who needs professional help, to seek it out.

ASMR is essentially a made up acronym (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response ) used to describe that tingly / buzzing feeling you may have experienced in your head or running down your spine. The sensation can be triggered by personal attention, tutorials, sounds etc. If you are discovering "ASMR" videos for the first time, their primary purpose is just to relax and almost always to send the listener to sleep.
