Come lets melt the mind with this light touch Facial Tracing. Now Toni who appears in this video and has appeared in many other previous videos said "this is the most relaxing thing weve ever done". She told me how it made her feel super relaxed how her stress and anxiety melt away...
In this video my fingertips worked slowly up and down along meridians (energetic pathways) to help calm the mind. i worked around the head, ears and neck....
Interestingly after i worked part of the stomach meridian on the face i heard her stomach rumble and gurgle, not sure if you can hear that in the video?
