5:39 is where how to stop the panic attack begins!
As someone who is about to get their psychology degree, I wanted to share insight for how to deal with the mucks we get into in life, some of which I have personally learned in class and used for my own benefit. For anyone stuck, for anyone who feels life is going to fast, for anyone who feels trapped and panicked, these are quick little tips to use. Sadly my own followers have even been experiencing this which breaks my heart because there’s nothing I can do but share words of courage and finally post this video I’ve promised. I know there isn’t a lot of visuals but I tried to use relaxing lighting, whispers, and layered sounds. I love you all and never be afraid to seek help if anything ever gets too overwhelming! Enjoy the little beautiful things in life because they all add up. It’s worth it in the end, I promise.
