I have done asmr videos 3 years ago you can go check out my older videos if you want! People kept inboxing me to make asmr videos but I was doing asmr videos here and there. I also do news reports and other fun blogs! Asmr is a great day to relax and help with stress or panic attacks in general its great. Love you stay positive never allow negativity of others to influence your day because if you do it just leads to unnecessary stress. I have softly whisper for you discussing a book I recent got for self esteem and I always recommend trying out some stress or anxiety books I think they seem to help others cope better with panic attacks and anxiety attacks. Overall in general it is always best to see your family doctor when it as anything to do with your health. I''m not a doctor I can't treat or diagnose any disease etc only a doctor can do that. I only make asmr videos as I know how it feels to go through pain since I suffered from an eating disorder Anorexia Nervosa it was hard and still is hard for me to over come but hey we are not all perfect. I also sometimes suffer from really bad depression because of life changes and I'm not full of myself I don't ever want you to think I'm better than you.
