Reiki ASMR-Throat/Neck for pain/congestion-Massage/drumming-Throat Chakra

Hello Beautiful Beings!
This distance Reiki session is intended to assist with neck pain/throat congestion as well as release energetic blockages around the throat chakra. Sound therapy, light massage, crystals and energy work will be used to help soothe your throat and neck muscles. Since our emotions and self expression are tied to this area, we can also clear and let go of blocked emotions, communication problems, and set free our creativity.
The ASMR as always is there to help you relax and to be more receptive to the healing by releasing tension. You can skip to any part of the healing by using time stamps but I recommend watching as much as possible to approach your blockages/pain from many different modalities. You can sleep also while this is playing to achieve the same healing effects.
