Why do I do ASMR? And what does ASMR stand for?

Not many people know but ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response. It took me practicing 5 times to actually say it right. And I do ASMR videos to help people with anxiety, depression, panic attacks, and insomnia. Not to sexually satisfy people. I watch ASMR videos myself and the videos help me sleep. I watch asmr video every night for the last 3 years.
