Catriona and her mother travelled across the country for a day of treatments! Catriona chose to have kore therapy (shown here), reflexology (premiere next week) and a Signature Facial. Her lovely mum Xandra enjoyed a full body massage, facial and an hour of guided reiki. Both ladies loved their time in the Bothy and already planning to come back! Several years ago, Catriona lost her brother, Xandra her son. It's been a very hard time for them all and I recognised the deep pain inside. Kore Therapy provides some answers to this profound pain by allowing the body and mind to recover more freely with NLP technique called Eyes in Distortion. We managed to pre test, treat and re test and found the trauma was not then being stored in the body, much to the relief of Catriona. A fascinating exercise.
