Hello fam! I am SO happy to do another Pomodoro for you all! If you don't know what a Pomodoro is, or want some links to background music and sounds, open me!

What IS a Pomodoro?
A Pomodoro is a dedicated headspace/timed productivity session to help maximize your focus and work you get done. This is super helpful for people who tend to multi-task a lot, or maybe avoid either one big difficult task, or keep putting off many small tiny tasks.
With a Pomodoro Session, you take four 25 minute sessions with ~4 minute breaks in between each one to focus ONLY on what you've decided to work on. For example, I'll decide what I want to work on for my first 25 minutes, then near the end of those minutes, evaluate what I need to get done next. When my 4 minute break is up, I'll start my next one!
Whether that's clearing your inbox, writing a script, studying a chapter, doing research on a particular topic... stick to your focus for just 25 minutes!
If someone interrupts you, tell them you'll get back to them in a few minutes during your break! A pomodoro means you don't switch tabs to check on social media, look at your phone, etc. It's all focus, baby!

This is awesome for getting quick productivity done. You will be AMAZED at how much you can get finished in just under 2 hours. I hope this technique works well for you all, and that you have many productive times ahead, followed by all the relaxation you deserve!
I shot this a week or two into lockdown/quarantine and I was NOT thriving. You can see I look ... really tired, really stressed. This Pomodoro made me feel so much better and I'm happy to say I'm back on a good schedule and feeling positive! If you're struggling to feel focused or productive during this time, I can tell you first hand this helped!
