Rei is the first Nemuru character I designed! She's changed a lot since I first designed her (she originally had a high pony, not pigtails).

She's a somewhat typical tsundere-- prone to anger and name-calling, but buried inside there's a core of sweetness trying to get out. Maybe over time- and with the help of the protagonist- she'll be more honest with her feelings?
