Welcome to our channel. The family you’ve always needed. This is your SAFE space, and if nobody has told you they loved you today, I love you, with all of my person. We sound like a cult, because we probably are.

I’ve been taking longer breaks lately due to some health issues. Recently a CT scan showed fluid around my heart, so I’ve to take it easy until I’m done with a medication to help it. I have an echo scheduled in less than a week amongst some other issues going on. I plan to do a video about it this week as it’s drastically affecting my daily life and it’s incredibly difficult to film during this.

However.. I do plan to hopefully keep it to 2x videos a week compared to the 3 or 4 even if started posting again. Time will tell as well as my health, but stay tuned. In the mean time as always after a long break, a practice video has risen!! Relax while I do absolutely anything using random triggers in tonight’s tingly bit! I love you family, stay tuned and tingled!!!
