I'm sorry about the background noise in this video. Not sure what was up with my laptop but it was going mental and I had already started doing the voiceover so carried on not thinking. Hope it isn't too distracting. Also any negative comments will be deleted. I'm more than happy without makeup, I wear it for me and as a bit of fun. I love it, so don't care who thinks it's too much! I don't add colour to my face, eyebrows and eyes to look exactly the same :-)

People use ASMR to relax, fall to sleep and destress. ASMR has many ‘triggers’, in fact a lot of people experience the tingly relaxing sensation in everyday life but don’t realise.
