Yoga quickie

Here is one that I prepared earlier because I've been working flat-out all day and I thought you'd appreciate a little something, rather then nothing at all. Fear not...I will endeavour to put together some longer whispered ones and tomorrow, if I can get home in time, I'll edit your next video ready for upload.
