This session is for all of us in times where as much as we want to escape the present circumstances, there's just "nothing we can do" in the action, external, forcing things sense. We all come to these places at times. Whether we feel stuck in a job, living situation, financial situation, relationship, or just painful place, there are many of these patches and planes of experience that we go through when there is physically nothing that can be done. When every option feels wrong or impossible. But we are not now, not ever, powerless. It is a time of allowing. A time to practice the in the subtle. To lean into strengths of trust and hope and spirit and the benevolent and supportive channels of energy around us. Things will be solved without our forcing. Things will unfold in ways we could never "make" happen from a place of fear or misalignment.

I hope this brings you comfort and supports your allowance for things to work out in ways you never could have planned for on your own. To allow all the support and aid orchestrated behind the scenes to reach you as you simple do your best to relax and find and focus on the good or at least the neutral where you can.
