ASMR | Follow My Instructions For Sleep (Italian Accent) 🇮🇹 Audio Visual Tests & Triggers

Hi and welcome back to another follow my instructions asmr video (and Italian accent video)!

This is our 4th time doing this type of video, and hopefully if you don’t sleep as you are intended to, you can at least use this asmr video to relax. This video is slightly different than our usual follow my instructions / do as I say videos, as this one is in the Italian accent that you all know and love! I have included timestamps below so that you can jump around this video, but of course I hope you watch and enjoy it all. I really enjoy filming this type of video because it is always very spontaneous and fun for me, so I hope you enjoy this as well. As for asmr triggers this is a soft spoken video with occasional whispers in an Italian accent. The setting is in a dark and relaxing environment with relaxing mood lighting for sleep. We do many audio and visual tests and triggers such as classic medical things like follow the light, as well as follow my finger, looking into your eyes with a light, spray bottle sounds, pulling and plucking your tiredness with hands and tweezers, colour and vision tests, tapping sounds, follow instructions, various asmr sounds like crackling candles, beads, examinations and so on...

What Is ASMR?
“ASMR stands for 'autonomous sensory meridian response’. People describe a deeply relaxing sensation with tingling in the scalp as a result of a certain stimulus—often a gentle sound. Some say the feeling cascades down their spine to their limbs". ASMR is triggered by things such as whispering, softly speaking, tapping, personal attention, and other various triggers. I personally enjoy ASMR as entertainment, for relaxation, to help with sleep, and also to manage stress. Many people also use ASMR for comfort, and to feel less alone as well, which is a wonderful feeling of community and belonging. I hope you all feel welcome here.
