Welcome back. Today you will be taking part in the second session with your very own psychiatrist. You will be taken through a check in on how you're feeling, before proceeding to a comprehensive ink blot test.

I had actually removed the apology section, but I came very close to re-adding it due to the graininess of this video. My camera had been putting out some nice colour the last few videos, I’m not sure why it decided to act up here. I tried adding in layers and filters but it just could not be saved! So apologies for that, hopefully it won’t detract too much!

ASMR is essentially a made up acronym (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response ) used to describe that tingly / buzzing feeling you may have experienced in your head or running down your spine. The sensation can be triggered by personal attention, tutorials, sounds etc. If you are discovering "ASMR" videos for the first time, their primary purpose is just to relax and almost always to send the listener to sleep.
