I want to start off by apologizing for the trigger in the last video (the intense breathing), I did not think about it causing anxiety.. after playing back a third time I realized that’s actually the way I breathe during a panic attack. I apologize so much, and will absolutely make sure I do it much quieter and far less intense if that ever comes up again. With that being said - moving on to tonight’s video!
