Hello everyone and HAPPY SUNDAY!
I feel like it was time to address a very common condition--yet so much stigma around it--herpes! whether it is hsv1 or hsv2-both of these viruses are extremely common-with many individuals having it without even knowing!
My goal is to break the stigma of particular conditions that many experience, yet no one discusses. I counsel on hsv outbreaks multiple times a week-please know you are not alone!
