One-of-a-Kind Birthday Cake Recipe

Fluffy sponge, layers of cream, and a chocolate face just like your loved one ๐ฅน๐ซ
โจ Genoise sponge (by Cooking See):
3 egg yolks
1g salt
2ml vanilla extract (optional)
3 egg whites
90g sugar
90g cake flour
30g oil
30g milk
๐ง Bake at 170ยฐC for 30 min (175ยฐC for convection ovens)

Whipped cream + sugar
Food coloring (optional)
Chocolate for decorating (I used both white and dark chocolate)
