ASMR is a calm, pleasurable and tingling sensation that usually begins in the scalp and goes its way down the body. It can come from delicate sounds and visual stimuli.

I started this channel for everyone, including myself, to listen to daily whenever needed. I believe asmr should be all about the sounds not about the people behind them.
