the titles a BIT of an exaggeration hehe, I can't guarantee tingles but if this didn't at least soothe you in the slightest i'll be :O shocked.
I know this isn't everyone's cup of tea, but I think this is perfect background noise asmr or kind of white-noise asmr? Or maybe those "rain sounds for sleep" LOL!
