Intimidators i.e. bullies can be someone in your family, friends, acquaintances or even entities. They may abuse you in some way, for example, name-calling or shaming you. Another elusive way they can operate is to project something of theirs, that is not yours, onto you, claiming it IS yours. Today I walk you through 4 steps to overcome intimidators (bullies)!

This video, along with my other most recent ones are more akin to the "masculine" way to heal, using logic and the mind. ASMR is practising the "feminine" way to heal (to me) since it includes nurture and personal attention to trigger emotion. Both are important and I do intend to create both here on this channel :)
