Welcome to the Cozy Hospital! You've come in today to the emergency room because you've been feeling like your heart is pounding and can't catch your breath. After examining you and running some tests, Dr. Cozy diagnoses you with a panic attack and will help calm you down with grounding, guided breathing, affirmations and a cold blanket. Along with taking care of you, she will also help you get the resources you need to handle your anxiety.

What is ASMR? ASMR is a tingling sensation often felt on the scalp, neck, shoulders and back, although you may feel tingles in other places as well! ASMR is triggered by different types of stimuli. It can be personal attention, gentle touch, hand movements, crinkling, tapping sounds... there are lots of different types of ASMR triggers and everyone is different when it comes to what triggers their ASMR!
