You join me today in this foot and leg massage video featuring Pam a client of mine ive known alot of years. She was like "Shane im super stressed, not my life but so much stress around me". She also mentioned how she had just done karate grading and her feet and legs were aching. So i thought we would start with a nice foot and leg massage... I think this was the first time we have ever done any foot work even though ive known her years....
