Grappling with Crippling Self Doubt (ASMR)

I've been grappling lately with strong feelings of self doubt, and of not feeling good enough. It's hard for me to talk about, because I generally think of myself as a fairly confident person, who marches to the beat of my own drum, and is happy with the path I'm taking. It's just been difficult lately, and I need to know if what I'm doing actually does matter and make a difference to people, and how to silence my inner critic.
